• All families are required to create an account and have a valid credit card on file

• Payment runs automatically with the card on file (cash/check not accepted)

• Tuition is calculated by the cost of the full semester then broken into equal installments > see table

• Yearly registration fee is $40.00/dancer (only charged this semester to new dancers)

• There is a $25.00 fee if card declines for any reason; full balance must be paid before dancer continues

• If card declines twice in a season, family will be removed from the program

• Refunds/pro-rated tuition are not given for any reason

• Makeup classes are not offered for dancer's absence

• Families with 3+ siblings enrolled in the Semester Program will receive 10% off tuition total

• If you will not be continuing a class, the studio must be notified 15 days before the next payment is run
