VOLUNTEER INFORMATION
Thank you for donating your time to help backstage! Read below to learn about your position:

▶︎ Room Mom
Arrival : 1 hour before Show
Location : Gym, Band, or Choir Room
Wear : Comfy clothes & sneakers (backstage apron will be provided)
Welcome dancers + parents as they arrive, help with costume changes, and make sure your group has the correct accessories/shoes on. At the end of the Show you will facilitate Parent pick-up and clean up your section (plan to stay 15-20min)
Helpful hint : We ask Parents to send them with fav items from home (games/activities) to keep them busy. If you are working with littlest ones in the gym and would like to contribute a small craft or coloring for your group you are welcome (optional)
NOTE - if your own daughter is in the group, you are still expected to help ALL dancers. You will not be permitted to go backstage
▶︎ Runner
Arrival : 45 minutes before the Show
Location : Behind the stage
Wear : Comfy clothes & sneakers, bring pen + water (flashlight if have)
▶︎ Usher
Arrival : 1 hour before Show
Location : Lobby (see Krista or Lisa)
Wear : Nice dress/bus casual
Task : Stand at auditorium doors, hand out programs, monitor enter/exit during show
