THE TORIOGRAPHY EXPERIENCE
Showcase is one of our favorite events of the season! As a studio it is most important to us that this day is about the dancers and making the experience a special one. They will truly only spend 3-4 minutes actually on stage that day, the rest is with you. Happy energy, patience, smiles, and lots of high fives... think "Disney"! Remain calm in all situations, there is a solution to everything, and work together with the other Volunteers to make it a fun day for all! 😊
▶︎ Runner
Arrival : 45 minutes before the Show
Location : Behind the stage
Wear : Comfy clothes & sneakers, bring pen + water

Task : Bring dancers to & from the stage, plan to be on your feet the entire time
▶︎ Room Mom
Arrival : 1 hour before the Show
Location : Gym
Wear : Comfy clothes & sneakers (backstage apron will be provided)

Task : Welcome dancers + parents as they arrive, help with costume changes, and make sure your group has the correct accessories/shoes on. At the end of the Show you will facilitate Parent pick-up and clean up your section (plan to stay 15-20min)

Helpful hint : We ask Parents to send them with fav items from home (games/activities) to keep them busy. If you are working with little ones and would like to contribute a small craft or coloring for your group you are welcome (optional)
