STUDIO
Facility
-
Doors to the facility open 30min prior to the first class of the day and close 15min after the last.
-
Be respectful in all areas of the building, cleaning up after yourself, and notifying the office immediately of any issues.
-
Waiting areas should remain quiet while dancers are in or waiting for class.
-
Gymnastics is not permitted anywhere in our facility other than the classrooms.
Guests
-
Please limit guests to 1-2 per dancer.
-
Siblings must be seated with you at all times, they are not permitted to run around the facility. Bring a quiet activity they can do while waiting (book, homework, I-Pad, etc). Toys are not permitted on the floor, it is a safety hazard.
-
We reserve the right to ask disruptive or destructive guests not to enter the building.
Classroom
-
All students are expected to be on time + ready at the start of class. Proper warmup is necessary and repeated late entry is disruptive to the learning environment. Anyone arriving more than 10min late will not be permitted to take class that day.
-
Dancers are not permitted inside the classroom without an Instructor present.
-
Faculty members will not be approached before or after class to discuss parent/student issues. Please see the office for general questions or email the Studio Owner for guidance - toriography@aol.com
-
Note - the studio celebrates holidays including decorating the facility and using festive music + imagery in classes (ie. Halloween, Christmas, Easter, etc)

WEATHER
-
When inclement weather is forecasted a decision will be made 2 hours prior to the first class of the day (it is not always based on the school system). Families will be notified via email and posts made on social media if closing.
-
If opening, schedule may be modified to accommodate traveling Faculty or to get off the road before freezing.
